The NineDots Gathering is in Manchester, England on 12th & 13th November 2024. We also will be having optional pre-events and registration on 11th November.
The NineDots Gathering is a wedding photography conference with a blend of inspiring keynote presentations on our main-stage, practical teaching and master-classes, expert business advice, the latest and greatest products on offer from our exhibiting sponsors, and plenty of social time to hang out, relax and connect with other wedding photographers from around the world. We wanted to craft a unique experience and vibe in the UK for wedding photographers which is the perfect mix of inspiration, education and socialising. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to hang out, drink with and ask questions to all our presenters – There’s no green room at the NineDots Gathering!
It doesn’t matter what stage you are at in your career, we have people attending that have been photographing weddings for over 20 years to people that have just made the leap in to their first year as a full time photographer a well as those doing photography in their spare time. We truly believe we have crafted an event where everyone will gain knowledge and learn useful tools from our speakers and each other. Over two days, you’ll make friends for life, connect with like-minded photographers from around the world, share incredible times together and leave inspired, skilled-up and ready to take your photography and business to the next level as part of the NineDots community!
Full admission to all events in the NineDots Gathering. That includes all the presentations, keynotes, sponsors, our evening socials and access to our super supportive community. You’ll also get exclusive access to book onto optional pre-event activities on the Monday.
No we don’t film the talks in full, but we will be filming the event for promo purposes.
We normally recommend a convenient and reasonably priced hotel close to the Gathering location. You’ll be notified of this closer to the event.
We generally finalise the speaker schedule closer to the time. But as a rough guide:
Monday 11th November – Pre-event activities in the afternoon followed by registration & Casual Drinks from 6pm.
Tuesday 12th November – Doors open for 8am – Talks start around 9am and finish 6pm Followed by our infamous Speed Quiz tournament & Karaoke from 7pm till midnight.
Wednesday 15th November – Doors open for 8am – Talks start around 9am and finish 6pm
After Party 9pm – 2am.
Everyone is welcome to join the NineDots Community Facebook Group – once you have bought a ticket.
There will be workshops hosted by our speakers before and after the event – more information nearer the time. This will be exclusively available only to NineDots Gathering ticket holders.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason – you are more than welcome to sell it to someone else and email us the details of the sale so we can arrange the ticket transfer.
